We’re still thinking about these Oregon Albacore dishes from last month’s Alba Alba event in McMinnville.

Alea Bakery at Mac Market served up three very different takes on our local catch:
🍅 Pan Con Tomate, with Albacore pastrami and fermented green garlic emulsion on country sourdough
🌿 Albacore Crudo, with aguachile, tomatillo shrub, serrano, Persian cucumber, and fig leaf
🍞 Tonnato Toast, sourdough crostini with Albacore Tataki, dulse seaweed, beet, purslane, potato, and goma

🪴McMinnville’s inaugural annual plant swap is happening this Saturday from noon to 5 PM at @berrycreekgarden at @macmkt!

Drop off your plants between 11 AM and 12 PM at the nursery’s front gate on 11th Avenue. Please ensure that all plants are potted, labeled, and free from pests. Feel free to bring houseplants, propagations, shrubs, trees, or anything that’s growing and thriving.

Return at 12 PM to browse through your neighbors’ gardens! Enjoy a tarot reading from @innerdrop and capture a photo at the @etymology shadow puppet photo booth.

Event season recap! Kudos to these amazing wineries who know how to throw a really great party 🎉

It’s been an incredible summer here in wine country. The energy has felt more alive and grounded than it has in a long time. With people being more intentional about how they spend their time and money, it’s important we continue to push authentic experiences and create atmospheres that feel unique and meaningful.
