Walk With Me

through OPUS Coconut Grove.

Start with the architecture. Designed by Kobi Karp, this is a boutique building of just fourteen residences. The proportions, deep terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass and landscaping give it a very different character from a conventional Miami tower.

Then look at the room sizes.

The three-bedroom residences start at approximately 1,905 sq. ft., but some extend beyond 2,500 sq. ft. The larger plans have living and dining spaces over 33 feet long, kitchens approaching 28 feet, and properly proportioned bedrooms.

As a developer, this matters to me. Square footage alone doesn’t make a good home — it’s how that space is distributed. Here, the rooms feel like rooms rather than spaces designed simply to maximise the number of bedrooms on a floor plan.

And finally, location.

OPUS sits in Coconut Grove, minutes from the centre of the Grove, its restaurants, marinas and waterfront, but removed enough to retain the privacy and greenery that make this neighbourhood so desirable.

Only fourteen residences. Architecture with identity, genuinely usable room sizes and one of Miami’s most established residential neighbourhoods.

At this SERHANT. event, I had the opportunity to share my journey and what I did to get to where I am today.

I talked about the first client who gave me the opportunity to represent a $27 million home, even though I didn’t have experience at that level, because he saw ethics and professionalism in me. About listings that required creativity to sell, the power of networking, and so many other lessons along the way…

Many of the things I teach my Sharks today didn’t come after I reached the top. They were exactly what helped me get here!

After so many years, you realize that the challenges that once seemed to slow down your journey also taught you lessons that can now help shorten the path for someone who is just getting started or trying to reach the next level.

Being able to share some of that at SERHANT., alongside professionals who are also building their own stories, was very special! Even more so because I got to share this moment with @aleam.broker and @angel_nicolas. 🦈❤️
