utterly surreal shots from debuting the wababaland truck last weekend!!! 🚚

the task of parading the truck down route 12 at a walking pace was honestly the push i needed to get my new manual driving skills into gear. i was nervous at the start, but seeing neighbors and familiar faces in the crowd and witnessing loads of people trying to pronounce "wababaland" quickly took the edge off 🥹

i'm so glad the timing worked out for us to bring the truck on its maiden voyage in our town on old home day. big love to my MIL and tita for walking with me in the parade, handing out cookies, and tag teaming with me to get ice cold lemonade into people's hands afterwards ❤️

hellooooo I moved back in April and then got incredibly busy and never got around to putting this together 😅 so I’ve been holding onto this for way too long. enjoy. two months later the CarPlay head unit is still working just fine. would I change my oil myself again? probably, it wasn’t as bad as I made it out to be in my head! thanks to my friend Alec for being in this video and also for selling me his car 😊

it's time 🥹 the wababaland truck will be making its debut at hartland old home day tomorrow! we will be driving in the parade starting at 10am and setting up shop behind the rec center from 11am-3pm to serve lychee & passionfruit lemonade from the truck 🥤

old home day is one of our absolute favorite days in town and we can't wait to start sharing the wababaland truck with everyone. hope to see you there! (and if you see me stall out while driving her, no you didn't)

The real love language?

Learning choreography for a 7-minute wedding medley and performing it with love, passion, and dedication like your life depends on it. 😂🕺💃

They came as the wedding party and left as a dance troupe.

This is how you know the love will last.

Happy 12 years @vmangona
