POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve tried a lot of ways to quiet my mind. This week I tried something I’d never experienced before.
I headed to L’Ermitage Beverly Hills for a session in the SAVA Sound Pod by TERSA, a sound healing experience that promises to reset your nervous system and it did just that. #letsbuild #mindbodylegacy

O mel sempre foi uma fonte natural de energia. 🍯⚡

Enquanto muita gente tenta transformar o mel em um gel, a nossa ideia foi diferente: adoçar a cafeína? Não. A gente preferiu adoçar a energia.

A BeeFast entrega carboidrato de verdade, em um sachê prático, feito com mel puro para acompanhar seus treinos e provas.

E como vocês podem ver no vídeo, ele também adoça o café. 😅

O que você achou dessa ideia? Conta aqui nos comentários.

Expert neuroscientist andrespreschel has cracked the code on human performance —and you won’t believe some of his newest practices👇

So, he’s all in sprinting.

And a huge fan of social fitness

His top three underrated health metrics are VO2 max, HRV and sleep efficiency.

Plus drops his current core lineup up top products.

Like a new clean energy drink @lifecider_.

@vivobarefoot are his favorite shoes.

His go-to blue-blocking glasses are @ra_optics.

And he likes the @getbrick to help him save time.

Daily wear is @wyrwear — cotton shirts and shorts. Simple, breathable, and perfect for movement.

@wearshepherds for dress attire — custom linen. Linen feels great, is breathable, and avoids polyester, which can impact hormones.
