Postcards from Leo Season 🦁💌

A little celebration, a little expansion, and forever in love with the sea, my constant source of inspiration. More on that in my upcoming workshops & articles! Some snippets are from Doha, others from Peru & Thailand. 🌊 ♾️ 🤍

Now tell me: where should I freedive or skydive next?

As the season comes to a close I’m so grateful for each and everyone of you. It’s not been an easy start to the year for most of us in more ways than one. But we made it through and we are stronger than we know, wiser than we feel ,and softer in so many ways because of the people around us and our beautiful community and practice; no matter what or where that may be 🙏🏽🦋

Ladies, today we celebrate us 🌸♥️
March 8th is a reminder of empowerment, believing in our potential, and sorority.

Send this to an incredible woman you admire to remind her how proud you are of her, how valuable she is, and how the world is better because she’s in it. 💫💐

We’re beyond excited to host Gabriele Musetti — teacher, mover, and explorer of the intelligent body✨ ASHTANGA YOGA & FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY!

This weekend we dive deep into the moving body.
A workshop that blends somatics, Ashtanga, and functional anatomy — to understand movement through direct experience.

Guided by our two inner systems — neuromuscular & neurosensory — we’ll explore how sense and structure dance together.
Neither to glorify, neither to neglect — but to intertwine.

We’ll focus on sense-perception and movement from the CORE (Kanda in Sanskrit) — learning how to enter asanas safely, intelligently, and with awareness.

📅 This weekend @ YallaYoga
🕉 Led by Gabriele Musetti
🎟 Limited spots — book via the app

YALLA LOVES ALE
[and you will love her too!]

Experience, Kindness & some real 🔥 flows!!!!

« I believe that the physical body is the perfect doorway to get to deeper more important layers of the self.

Through strong and vigorous movements we can get to experience emotions and sensations to surface and it’s the perfect opportunity to let them go and soften those layers that create blockages in the body mind.

Teaching for a while now, constantly looking to keep on exploring and learning in order to offer self healing as we get stronger and more flexible in the body and of course the mind! »
