Watch it once. Try to recreate it. How hard could it be? 👀

Well… turns out, harder than expected 😂

One instructor, one challenge, and my very own interpretation of the original moves.

Not a perfect copy, but that's the fun part! Challenging each other, stepping out of our comfort zones, and learning along the way.

Because movement is also about experimenting, making mistakes, and having fun with the process.

Challenge accepted. Rematch? @alejo.move 👀

To be continued…

● MOBILITY & RESTORE ●
Move, feel, Connect

Your Sunday reset, but with a different vibe

We're bringing together movement, mobility, and a little bit of self-discovery in a session designed to get you moving in all directions, exploring new shapes and finding space in your body.

Guided by @alejo.move & @nayiberoco, expect a playful mix of dynamic movement, mobility flows, and restorative moments.

And there's a little twist at the end...

From moving your body to moving your mind.

We'll wrap things up with a specially curated reflection activity designed by your instructors. A chance to slow down, check in with yourself, shift your perspective, and set the tone for the week ahead.

♾️ THE AFTERPART?

We're keeping the good vibes going! Stick around for some food, conversations, and a casual hangout with the crew. Totally optional, food and drinks are not included.

Come for the movement. Stay for the connection.

Spots are limited. • DM us to save yours •

About our last event, to start your week a little differently. 🌿☀️

Imagine beginning your Sunday morning with mindful movement, the sound of the sea, fresh air, and a peaceful picnic by the beach.

This isn't just a yoga class—it's a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, meet wonderful people, and step into the new week feeling lighter, calmer, and more energized.

Because the way you begin your week can shape everything that follows ✨️☀️

Love was in the air (and on the reformers) this Valentine’s 💗✨

Our Pilantines Reformer Session brought couples, besties and soulmates together to move, connect and celebrate love in the most mindful way. From synchronized planks to side-by-side stretches, it was all about building strength together.

Thank you to everyone who brought their valentine and made this session so special. We loved seeing you move, support and sweat it out side by side.

More moments like this coming soon… 💌

Emergency First Aid Course
You don’t need to be a stuntman or work in dangerous situations to learn first aid. This course is something everyone should know. It could help you save a life one day. We had the chance to train with the amazing team from @StJohnAmbulance at @phantom_stunts_hq and it was a powerful reminder that safety comes first, no matter what you do.

Big thanks to @phantomstunts and #stuntteam for making it a solid day of learning and teamwork.
