Congrats to everyone who leveled up yesterday at our summer promotions! 🖤💜💙

A special congrats to Dr. @maelamoran for receiving her black belt. Aimee is Mid City MMA’s 17th black belt, second female black belt, and Coach @smgayton’s 6th white-to-black belt! 👏👏👏

Congratulations to everyone who leveled up at our Summer promotion ceremony. It’s always so rewarding to see friends get recognized for their hard work and dedication. This was an extra special one for me as I got to promote one of my very best friends, Dr. Aimee Moran, to a well-deserved black belt. She is the 17th black belt, 6th white to black belt, and the second female black belt I’ve promoted. My personal focus as a coach is MMA but I’ll always enjoy putting on the gi and guiding my students through the ranks of Jiu Jitsu.
