MHU Weightlifting travelled to Charlotte, NC this past weekend to compete at the Carolina WSO Championships. We had a very successful weekend with our Women’s team placing 2nd, Men’s team placing 1st, and Co-ed taking 2nd. We had multiple WSO champions, athletes make Carolina Elite and Sam won overall best male lifter! What a great way to kick off the season!

Time to assess!

Students in the HHP 238 Measurement & Evaluation class collected data on various components of health and skill related fitness, and the accuracy and form of sport skills.
In the HHP 329 Kinesiology lab, students spent time examining neuroplasticity and movement!
