It is October 24.
18 years ago today I purchased a skin care line that I absolutely loved.
I had no idea what was in store for me with that simple purchase. It was a big step out of my comfort zone. It was expensive, and I couldn’t afford it. But I loved it so much I purchased it.
After a few days of using it, I decided to start my own business and sell it myself.
And now here we are 18 years later.
This business has changed me in ways that I didn’t even know were possible.
It has changed my life in ways that I had always dreamed of, but never really thought would happen. It has brought people into my life that challenge me and love me and want me to succeed. It has taken me all over the world. Something happens to you when you travel the world. Something wonderful.
I worked hard to build my business and continue to do that.
And I love it. I am absolutely obsessed with what I do.
Growing this business has been a lifeline. The yellow brick road to my dream life. And I would do it all over again.
This opportunity is so incredible, so massive, and so simple. It’s hard work but it’s simple.
It takes elbow grease
and grit and a disciplined work ethic. All learnable skills.
I was willing to learn because I felt worth it. My future was worth it.
I hope you never give up on your dreams. I hope you build for yourself whatever it is you want with this one life you have. I hope you change so many lives that you yourself are changed forever.
Because you too are worth it❤️

Coming down from the absolute HIGH that was Arbonne’s Canadian National Training 🤍

I’m not even sure how to put a weekend like this into words.

Getting to co-emcee this event alongside @alex_trimble was such an amazing opportunity! Standing on that stage and looking out at a room full of people who have said YES to themselves, their dreams and something bigger was so cool!

Hugging my team. Watching them learn, grow, get recognized and light up. The conversations between the trainings. The belly laughs. The tears. The dancing. The little moments that will probably be the ones I remember most.

Seven years ago, I could have never imagined that saying yes to this little side gig would lead me here.

And there are moments like this weekend where I just want to look around and soak it all in and think. How freaking lucky am I that I get to do this with people I love?! 🥹

My cup is FULL. My vision is BIGGER. And somehow, after seven years, I feel like we’re only getting started!

Thanks CNTC 2026, you were one for the books!!

Nearly 2 decades ago I made a decision to sell a skin care line that I had fallen in love with. It wasn’t a big deal. It was just something I was using and thought other people would also love. So sure why not, they could buy it from me.
Little did I know…

Next month, I will celebrate 18 years since I made that decision. A decision that changed the trajectory of my life forever.

This past weekend, I was honored to be the keynote speaker for our companies 20th anniversary in Canada.
I understood the weight of that responsibility, And I was honored to carry it.
I have such profound gratitude for all that this incredible company has brought to me and my family.
This opportunity came to me at an interesting time in my life.

I was 47. I had a successful career that I loved. And we had a three year-old toddler home who was the center of our universe.
We were happy. I definitely was not looking for something else.

But when this business came along, the idea of me actually having control over how I live my days suddenly sounded like a really GREAT idea to me.

Ive built this business for the last 18 years, working part-time consistently alongside the most beautiful life I ever could’ve imagined.

I pinch myself every day for the blessings that this business has brought us.
I wasn’t looking for Arbonne, but I’m so grateful Arbonne found me.

❤️

There’s a particular kind of fear that can come with becoming a mother, being with your child during pregnancy and suddenly being separated from them.

In this episode of Permission to Heal, Alex opens up about the parts of postpartum, separation, and motherhood that are rarely talked about honestly.

The fear. The loneliness. The uncertainty. And eventually, finding her way forward.
