Some days, a painting is a door.

We enter carrying what we cannot quite explain. A colour, a rhythm, a story gives it somewhere to rest. Someone lived before us and left a little light on.

Science asks how the world moves. Art lets us feel ourselves moving through it. Both begin with attention, and the courage to be changed by what we find.

Perhaps some healing begins here: a little room to play, to feel, to become curious again.

Touch the world. Let it change you. Bring something back.

The paint is still wet.

Happy Friday ✨️ Always love spending time with these 2 friends and sitting in w the house band ❤️ 🎶🎊

Especially when the lead guitarist was a horse veterinarian from my days as a horse trainer /Q driver at pompano raceway with that champion horse i trained named Peculiar 🐎 he won every race while I was his care taker and trainer at the Meadowlands ( not an easy task) that horse had a huge heart just like these 2 beautiful friends and Keith the home owner who welcomed so many people into his lovely home .

Happy Mothers Day Weekend Everyone 💓

Night 3 was amazing. We moved from the 300 level to 4th row 100 level and it was a whole different experience. While the 300s is all about the visuals and how you feel like you’re moving, the 100s felt like an intimate venue with the band but the visuals tire your neck. It was great being so close to the boys. I’d say the 200 level is the best overall. If you can make this run, DO IT.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Dead and Company at the Sphere was better than I ever thought it would be. It’s noisy so I have no idea what I’m posting, so videos to come.
