Your past is a part of your story ✨ while you can’t control what happened in your past, you can control your self-narrative, which influences how you view yourself and believe what you deserve. #mindset #nycwellnessblogger

Stop waiting for the opportunity to appear.

If you’re trying to manifest something and it isn’t happening yet, create the opportunity yourself.

Your brain doesn’t just learn from what you hope for…it learns from what you repeatedly experience.

Every action you take tells your brain,

“This is who I am. This is the life I’m building.”

Don’t wait to be invited.

Don’t wait to be chosen.

Don’t wait until it feels perfect.

Become the person who creates the experience they’re asking the universe/god for.

Manifestation isn’t just about visualization.

It’s about giving your brain evidence that your future is already in motion.

The opportunities you create today often become the ones you once prayed would find you 🫶🏼

SHARE AND PREACH THIS! We need to all do a better job of remembering the MIRACLE of life ✨ I don’t say this lightly, but you better figure out a way to live your life to the fullest because you truly never know what can happen to you tomorrow.

No one talks about this part of writing a manuscript…

You’ll rewrite the same paragraph 10 times

Delete chapters you loved

Question if you’re making any progress

Think you’re finished, only to realize you’re just getting started…

But that’s the process!!!

I am currently writing draft number four of my book and I had to re-manufacture three chapters and it might be adding another one back again. But what I’ve learned is every single time I read the chapters and rewrite the manuscript it flows so much better.

Almost one year later, we’re about to be done!!!!!!

Anyone else? 🤭 When you release the pressure to force an answer, your subconscious starts connecting ideas that weren’t obvious before

This is like the “incubation effect”

Breakthroughs happen when you give yourself enough room create

Author updates!!!!

Finished three drafts and now onto my fourth where I focus on sentence architecture, sentence flow, and word choice ✍🏼

I am so excited for this journey completing my second book

I am going to self-publish it this time, but still working with a team of creatives to make it come to life
