Another divine session last night and another beautiful example of how the human body (and its energy bodies) processes KAP. It is unique for everyone and different every time.

As we start to heal we become aware of our unresolved trauma, and “unhelpful” patterns and behaviours
.
When we begin our healing journey we start to observe our relationships. How they impact us, how they affect us, the connection we have (or don’t have). The growth and change can trigger those people
.
As we start creating boundaries on these relationships those may become confused. As we level up and become more conscious we start to see that these relationships no longer are in alignment and no longer serve us
.
As we grow and transform so do our relationships. Some relationships may end and some may need time away and that is okay, trust that process
.
We outgrow what no longer serves us. This is the old version of ourselves and the relationships our past self had
.
As you continue to heal and grow you will energetically shift, and those in your life will change as you bring those who are energetically aligned into your life
.
