More of a Kitchen Reno to be published soon.

We “separated” the kitchen space from the dining space by adding a 30” deep wall between the white cabinetry of the kitchen perimeter and the black cabinetry of the “dining hutch.” Another wall terminates the hutch at the fireplace. Using such end walls is helpful when defining various spaces and functions along a long axis, especially in today’s prevalent open concept plans.

The layout, the selections, the functional needs of the homeowners is all intentional, and planned very early on.
