Ten sessions in, and the energy only gets stronger. For DJ Hangout No. 10, we brought the records to @popsbar . A room that holds so much history and served as the starting line for so many of us in this city. Deeply grateful for this community, the shared passion, and the spaces that raise us up. Easy energy, zero pretense, and pure love for the craft. Catch you at the next one! Too many people to tag! Last night also served as the farewell party for @late___bloomer_ . We love you sir, see you on the East Side. (I’ll @ more people soon).

BTS Special performance by my cousin on my next show in September @m1raimperial @peoplessoundw11 Found plenty of lovers rock compilations here Went digging with @alexintas from Australia at @crazybeatrecordshop . Found hella RnB & New Jack Swing singles at Crazy Beat. It was crazy. Went to the Christian Bookshop & got a new Bible because I left mine on the plane 🇬🇧 Took a steel pan workshop with @alexplainslowly ! We learned how to play that classic wedding song, ‘Canon in D’ on the steel pan Steel pan band in Notting Hill Meeting my British uncle Joji for the first time. He took us to the Buckingham Palace. He kept cracking jokes & told us all the family lore. Tower Bridge On our way to get Filipino food and we saw this on the tube Such a pleasure to meet the founder of NTS radio, @eddie_fiction ! 60 years of Notting Hill carnival. I was a bit overwhelmed with how big this was, but it was fun! There’s really nothing like it. My festival buddy @_zahrab 💕 Finally meeting @budgeboogie & in his home city.
