Im so excited to announce, after years of prep (and a few on-theme distractions), our Mind in Motion series!

This movement coordination based approach has helped me tremendously over the years in learning to engage my focus, relax intentionally, regulate my nervous system, and even excel in areas I once considered my weak points; building confidence along the way.

We’re soft-launching this summer and would love to hear when would work best for you!

Drop-Ins: $30/
Monthly: $25/
Summer Season (June 15 - Sept 15): $20/

Feel free to DM with any questions or interest!

Watch all the slides!!! Including the last one 🤩

There's no place like a tattoo convention! The sights, the sounds, the expression of art, and the people make this event so fun to be at and work long days for.
Doing bodywork at @motorcitytattooexpo each year is one of 3 highlights along with @barefootandfreeyoga and @glfproductions.

Working this event the past few years really sharpens my skills. Its chaotic and loud, and none traditional massage music. Yet, we can still deliver a resetting of the fascial and nervous system in a meaningful way despite the setting.

I have to shout out @_mandra for asking me to be in her booth the last 4 years. This year, she couldn't make it, but that meant I got to assemble a wonderful team last minute: @jenneralgoofy @madysonampe_21
@ali_lmt12 I thank you all for your efforts and pro-grade bodywork. Can't wait to work more events with each of you.

Really big thanks to @justjamesworldwide from LA for being a demo body, and especially coming all 3 days in a to start my morning. YOU HONESTLY HAVE THE BEST BACK PIECE IVE SEEN 🤩
Also gotta shout out 2 ladies from Ocean City NJ @artworkbyg and @cali.tattoos for returning 2 days in row to end a long day on tbe highest note possible.

Even though they weren't the convention, it's also want to acknowledge my friend and artist @rayillustrate my piece is almost finished!

We did EXACTLY what we said we were going to do.
We put Coterie Detroit on a loving shelf.
We watched it from afar.
We listened to everyone who said how much they missed it and how much it meant to them.

Then-we made a decision.

Metro Detroit NEEDS this group.
Badly.
We're not doing well.

So we are here for you, waiting with warm hugs 🫂

New website out this week with all the events ✔️ ✅️

Power Down Private Retreat THIS WEEKEND (invite only!) ✔️ ✅️

Jingle Jammies at @centerpeacehealing in Troy Sunday, December 28th ✔️ ✅️ (Registration Coming Soon!)

Sunrise Seminar is becoming Sunrise SUMMIT and will be bigger, more engaging, AND we have a new Community Coordinator to help plan these events (she's pretty foxy!) ✔️ ✅️

Coterie Detroit will be a culmination of events that make you feel welcome, warm, inspired, invited, and help you become a better person who's healing-not just a better entrepreneur.

Welcome back, my darlings.
