23 lifters across only 2 days and 3 platforms – having a mix of both LTS lifters and handling services for other coaches, I’m very proud of this operation, the fun times that were had, and the memories we’ll all have forever.

Thank you to all individual LTS lifters and also others who have entrusted us with your success, we hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

As a whole, notable finishes comprised of:
3 - National Champions 🥇
2 - 2nd Place Finishes 🥈
7 - International (Worlds + Pan Am/NAPF) invites
3 - 3rd Place Finishes 🥉
10 - top 5 Finishes

Lastly, thank you to all coaches + spotters/loaders I contracted to help carry out this operation while also maintaining the highest quality control standards all under LTS – Without you guys, none of this would be possible!

AGE DIVISION NATIONALS 🥈‼️
Rant then recap below:

This will be a meet I will never forget. In october, I suffered a lower back injury that took me out of normal training for almost 7 months. Come early April we finally started to load more and more weight on the bar. By no means was it linear, but it was what we needed to gain the confidence and consistency back. Between my injury, work, and softball (some weeks we had 4+ games) the time needed to prep for nats was never guaranteed but somehow we still made it work. 7 months ago I wasn’t sure I was even going to make it this far in the year, but with the support of all the amazing people in my corner, we did it and the day literally couldn’t have gone any better. Special shoutout to Max and Mara @theranchtc for working with me during an extremely challenging season, I truly wouldn’t be here without you guys! And of course a huge thank you to my family for being my biggest and best supporters!💗

Firstly, I wanted to thank @urbanpowerhouse my powerlifting gym and community for helping me get through this prep up until nationals along with my coach @evanhawk_ for helping me overcome injuries and build up into this meet. And Lastly, @thenhcsathletics my school, friends and family for helping me all throughout my high school years, allowing me to get to the competitive level I am currently at in the sport. With this being the last nationals I’ll be competing at as a high schooler, the journey that I’ve had, all the ups and downs throughout each meet, I hope to bring greatness for everyone who has supported me throughout my time of powerlifting. Thank you and I love you all!
