I must be daydreaming because WTF…

On Sunday, I had the most incredible day in a room full of beautiful, empowered women! We are all so different but have a shared experience that connects us: endometriosis. This condition has taken (and continues to take) so much from all of us, but we continue to show up for ourselves and for each other.

THANK YOU @kuratdstudio for uniting us and giving us this space to be seen and heard! And of course for “kurating” clothing that makes us feel beautiful and confident, no matter how much pain we’re in or the scars we wear.

Moments like these make it all worth it 💛✨

Ending the year the right way 🩷💛

Me and my girls decided to treat ourselves and jump on this gift-exchange trend… and honestly, my heart is so full. Our cheering and giggles said it all in video 🤣🩷💛

I’m so grateful I met you both this year. You’ve become such genuine, beautiful friends inside and out, and I’m so thankful for all the memories we’ve already made together🥹 Here’s to many more laughs, memories, and moments like this.🩷💛

Thank you for the thoughtful gifts — I loved every single one 🥹🩷💛

Now excuse me while I go home and smell amazing with all my new goodies 😌🩷💛

Love you girls @niniaollp @alicexsal 🩷💛

✨Event Recap ✨

I loved co-hosting “The Bloody Good Brunch” with the wonderful Simona @hormonihealth on Saturday!

It was a such a pleasure meeting many of you, and chatting hormones, periods, and so much more. Don’t forget girls - you know your body best, and you’ve got this! Knowledge is everything, and the right support is available. ❤️

I look forward to meeting more of you soon, and lots of exciting Bexology events are being planned! Keep your eyes peeled here on Insta - and make sure you’re signed up to my newsletter - link in bio. 🔗

If you missed this event, but have questions you’d love to ask about hormones, cycles, and women’s wellness, do send me a DM. You can also book a free discovery call with me (link also in my bio).

And make sure to follow @hormonihealth too - we will be hosting another event together soon too! 🫶🏻

A big thank you to @wellnestlondon for hosting us, to the loveliest guests who attended and shared so openly, and to the brilliant brands who supported us: @seedcycle.com_ @awvi.life @alckimistauk @divinefusionnutrition 💕

Getting My Cookie Jar Painted by Sophie Tea 🎨🍪

I still can’t believe this happened 😭💖
Come with me to the McVitie’s Pink Pop-Up where I got my cookie jar painted by THE @sophieteaart 🎨🍪
Only 18 people were lucky enough to get a slot — and I was one of them 🫶
From iced tea to the new raspberry Digestives (so yum btw), this morning was magical from start to finish ✨
My personalised cookie jar is now sitting proudly on my dressing table with all my makeup brushes 😍
Thank you @mcvitiesofficial for such a dreamy event 💗
