"I have climbed the hills of view, and looked at the world, and decended." - Robert Frost

When family vacation comes with views like this, I think I'll take it! #miettehotsprings #poetryinnature

Being brave isn't the absence of fear. Being brave is having that fear, feeling the fear and courageously finding a way through it.
.
We resist the things we need most. Our egos tell us "you can't", "you're not enough", "you aren't worthy"...but truth is YOU are and actually YOU CAN. Ten minutes of bravery can change your life.
Send the email, make the call, say what you need to say, write the post, post the post, apply for the job, quit the job, book the flight, ask the question, teach the Buti demo.
You are here to be fierce, wild and free. Stop letting fear run the show. Be brave. You got this.

Grande Prairie. Alberta. Canada. World...you're looking at the newest squad of @butiyoga instructors!!!
.
“Buti” is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” Buti is a practice of going within to discover your true power and full potential. It becomes the cure to any previous disillusionment of fear, lack, or weakness.
.
That’s the magic, and the power of Buti Yoga. Last weekend these goddesses became certified to share this practice with the world. We could not be prouder of this new tribe of empowered #butisattvas and we are grateful to have the opportunity to host this life changing weekend at @theradlife.ca.
.
Buti Certification weekend are powerful beyond words...they can't be described, only experienced. This practice shows you what you're truly capable of and sparks a fire deep inside that's almost impossible to put out. It was our honour to witness so many women from our RADtribe discover the magic that changes lives, and we also had the joy of having a giant 5 day sleepover with some of our favourite #butisisters.
.
We can't thank Master Trainer @nadiacarriere enough for teaching, leading, inspiring and empowering all of us. She is pure MAGIC and BRILLIANCE.
.
It's difficult to think that we could be more proud, grateful, or inspired than we are right now but as we now get to watch them all RISE + REBEL + RADIATE the pride, gRADitude and inspiration keeps growing! Get IT ladies 💪🏻🔥✨
