📝 OUR SLBW GAME WEEK 1 BREAKDOWN 🏀

Women’s @superleaguebasketballw return to action this past weekend, with lots of new recruitment over the summer and some players making the switch to rival teams, the first round of games were action packed as expected. 🔥

Here is our quick breakdown and things to take away from game week number 1.

Baring in mind that this is only after 1 game so there’s plenty of time for some teams to turn things around and build momentum, we support every women’s team and wish all the clubs the best for the remainder of the season, we simply made notes on the games as we saw them. 🏀

Well, that was the first one! 😍🙏🏼

I’m doing this for the next three Sundays. FREE. LIVE. and ONLINE. Each one will be a different mini journey with a different experience and different breath technique.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines because you’re curious about 9D but still not totally sure what the hell it actually is, start here.

You can join from anywhere in the world. And if you’re on Kauaʻi and you’ve thought about coming into Reset Room but haven’t made it through the door yet, start here too.

A 30 minute online journey is a taste. Being in the room for a full journey, headphones on, breathing alongside other people, feeling what happens when the whole room drops in together… that’s a different experience.

Next one is Sunday 10/4 at 11 AM HST.
DM me RESET and I’ll send you what you need.

Having dinner with my cousin. This is my “ Shero”!! She could do anything. Track, softball, cheerleader, skate and dance. There was nothing she couldn’t do. I really cherished the fact that I had her all to myself for the evening. A retired successful business woman. Yup that’s my cousin. If you’re noticing a theme…all I’m doing is eating, eating and more eating. I don’t know if I’m going to survive this trip.

My Beloved Mother passed away late last month and I laid her to rest this past Saturday in Florida. It was difficult, but I know that she is in a better place. I had a lot of time to reminisce during my long flight over. One thing for sure, you only get “One Mama”!! Cherish her like the Queen she is.🫅🏽The ceremony was beautiful and respectful of My Mom’s life. Thanks to each and everyone of you who reached out. God is a good God, All the time. #Godismyeverything
