Meet Alyssa 🧑‍🩰 With more than 15 years in yoga and a foundation in classical ballet, Alyssa brings movement, mindfulness, and self-expression into every class. She started teaching in 2010 and trained with Scott Miller and Ashley Fiala. Beyond the mat, she works as a functional nutritionist, supporting women as they restore health and reconnect with their well-being. Helping people return to alignment — in body and life — is what she loves most. Her Gentle Yoga classes are rooted in nervous system awareness and somatic healing. You’ll find a steady, accessible flow with thoughtful options, space to slow down, and no pressure to perform. Expect opportunities to stretch, strengthen, improve mobility, and leave feeling restored, whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, healing from injury, or simply needing something softer. Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Breathe deeper. Leave feeling more grounded and at home in your body. Gentle Yoga | Beginner Level with Alyssa 📅 Mondays 🕦 11:30 AM Temecula Yoga Collective

If you've ever feel like the supplement world is a giant maze, I've got the podcast episode for you! 😀 (Plus, you learn a bunch of super fascinating info about endometriosis from my amazing colleague, Alyssa Chavez, at the same time! 😍) In my conversation with Alyssa on her @aligned.to.rise podcast [formerly Endo Belly Girl], we dug into what really matters when it comes to supplements for endometriosis. • Why quality matters more than quantity • Red flags to look for on supplement labels • Why nutritional needs are never one-size-fits-all • How a food-first approach is foundational It's not about taking more supplements—it’s about choosing the right ones to truly support your body. From supplement marketing to quality and effectiveness, I break down nearly three decades of expertise into plain English to help you and your loved ones make better informed supplement choices. 💜 You can listen to our full conversation by clicking the link. 👇 https://www.thesupplementacademy.com/podcast-episodes Until next time, remember that critical thinking + discernment is a superpower. 🌟 #EndoPodcast #Endometriosis #EndoSupplements #PodcastEpisode #SupplementAcademy

Today, we welcomed the incredible Alyssa Chavez into our certification community. 🎙️ Guest @aligned.to.rise Stage 4 endometriosis. Years of infertility. A miscarriage during IVF. And now—a naturally conceived, miracle rainbow baby girl. Alyssa didn’t just share her story. She gave our practitioners a masterclass in what it actually means to support someone beyond “you’re cleared.” Some of what we covered: ✨ The gap between medical clearance and true readiness ✨ Why symptoms are communication, not malfunctions ✨ The functional nutrition approach vs. conventional care ✨ How safety in the body impacts fertility on a physiological level ✨ Why healing is never a straight line This is exactly the kind of depth we bring into our practitioner community—real experts, real lived experience, real tools you can use with your clients. If these conversations resonate with you, perhaps you’re meant to be part of them. Ask me about the Pregnancy Loss & Trauma-Informed Specialist Certification. The only certification in the world dedicated exclusively to pregnancy loss healing, recovery and trauma-informed care, equipping practitioners with the knowledge, confidence and frameworks to better support bereaved mothers.
