We had two absolute powerhouses at JTD HQ yesterday, leading a session on careers and entrepreneurship and what a conversation it was. 💥

Shreya and Dre from @mentorauk kept it real, sharing their own journeys, the highs, the setbacks, and why backing yourself and leaning into your passion can make all the difference.

They explored everything from building a business through creativity to navigating the corporate world and career options showing our young people that there’s no one-size-fits-all path to success.

Here’s a snippet of what @mentorauk had to say 🗣️

🧬 + A L I G N E D + 🧬

🧬 Aligned in your purpose - vision - morals - values - aligned with what your future self requires of you now!

🧭 Navigating all the above through the seasons of your life that are temporary. It’s hard at times in the challenging times to find/see the meaning - joy - lesson and this is where the 3 N’s were birthed for me!

Notice. Name. Navigate.

Repeated cycles aren’t just a YOU things - it’s a generational thing but this is where YOU step in!

🧬 + Re-Align x Evo Lab + 🧬

🧬 Took the Evolution Lab from online to in-person this month — and the energy in that room was different.

@a.ligned has created a great space for growth to feel safe and powerful, runs each month @westsmethwick_park

🧬 This is more than a workshop to me it’s lived experience with real stories & real shifts in my perspective & approach!

🧬 Next up: I bring it back online — this time focused on physical health.

Because the body holds what the mind doesn’t say… and it’s time to reset that too.

Stay locked in — dates & details dropping soon…

December 2024 ✨
I started the month as a certified Advanced Practitioner of Ancient Egyptian Sekhem a full day of wonderful training and spiritual mentorship with my teacher

Attended my first Realign event facilitated by @a.ligned the perfect way to get clear approaching the new calendar I continue to attend each month to help keep myself aligned.

Immersed myself in my usual monthly gong bath, this one was a floating gong bath held by @yogawithmanjit my body, mind and soul are grateful each month I attend

Took a leap into the quantum field with meeting my business self at @thesoulangels soulpreneaur monthly business networking event

Had far too much fun creating elf on the shelf with my partner in elf crime @spire_womenscircle 🫣😂

I wrapped up my work year on December 15th, taking some time to reconnect with me, nature and hopping on a plane for my December Holiday saying goodbye and releasing 2024 and recharging myself to greet 2025!

And the sparkling Christmas Party with my @thesoulangels
Family 💜✨

Magical Moments ✨ In June I was invited to facilitate a guided healing meditation journey at @move.with.mica weekend retreat.

We joined the ladies at the beautiful forest location in the early afternoon and began with an amazing Chakra workshop by Shreya @a.ligned providing us with knowledge of each chakra and practical daily activities we can complete/focus on to balance.

Following this workshop, I sat down with the ladies to discuss @abridgetotranquility and the journey we were surrendering to... The healing journey focused on rediscovery of self, taking the ladies to complete deep inner work by connecting to a higher version of themselves enabling them to recognise, release and revisit themselves.

Thank you once again for a beautiful day @move.with.mica
And to all of the ladies, it was such an amazing group and I could feel the energy of safety, support and love surrounding the space 💕✨
