What a great holiday weekend - photo dump. The best time to be a local in VT. Its the time of year that makes you savor every moment of sunshine but also enjoy the grey rainy skies for rest and cozy vibes. Harvest is abundant this year at the @intervalecommunityfarm csa and paired with local meats made some delicious foods. This weekend felt like a transition weekend, not just seasonally but mentally. Not pictured - but for those of you who asked what I was doing for my weekend off, gotta shout out @mirrormirrorvt for an amazing facial fall special and @april.cornell for some amazing sale deals. We also accept some insurances. 🙌 More ways to access great physical therapy. 🤍 We believe the way you pay shouldn’t determine the quality of care you receive. If you are using our select insurances or here as a self-pay client the care is the same high quality. Fit2Perform accepts major insurance plans in our area and offers affordable self-pay rates for those who are paying out of pocket. Currently, all of our physical therapists are in-network with Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We know self-pay-only physical therapy models can be difficult for families to fit into the budget. Offering both options allows us to make individualized, one-on-one care more accessible to those who have insurances we accept - without changing the care you receive. Insurance or self-pay. We get that 👌 This 20–30 minute unilateral posterior chain series is designed to build the strength, stability, and resilience that help runners stay healthy and perform their best. No unnecessary fluff, just exercises that give you the biggest return on your time and keep you injury free! 🏃 Complete 2–3 rounds:
• DB Knees-Over-Toes Static Lunge × 8/side
• Kickstand Crossbody KB Deadlift × 10/side
