At one point in my life, I thought I would be stuck in a healing hole forever. Until I discovered parts work.

We all have different versions of us that were formed at different points in our lives. Some hold pain. Some protect us from ever feeling it again.

The protector parts are the ones you usually notice. The procrastination. The people-pleasing. The inability to be seen. You’ve probably called it your personality but it’s actually a role.

A role assigned young. Before you had the capacity to handle what was happening to you. Its only job was to stop you from being rejected, humiliated, or abandoned. And it’s been doing that job on repeat ever since, whether you need it to or not.

In session, I guide clients to access these parts directly. It usually starts with a charged feeling in the body. Then it gets vivid — they’re watching themselves as a child, living the moment that part was born in.

Then we talk to it. What are you trying to protect me from? How long have you been doing this? What if you didn’t have to carry it alone anymore?

Once a part feels truly seen, it stops fighting you. It puts the role down. And picks up one that actually helps.

You don’t have to relive the pain to heal it. You get to sit next to it instead of inside it.

Send me a msg if you want to know what this could look like for you 🤍

One simple question to instantly check if you are on track and aligned with your manifesting goals. “Is this thought (or state) in alignment with my desired outcome?” In other words, am I BEING the person who already has my desire, RN? For a more extensive video discussion of how to use this question check out the full video below
