Join us this Monday, October 12th at 6pm as we welcome a special guest teacher, Michele Taylor to Four Yoga & Fitness.
.
She will be guiding you through a signature Baptiste Yoga class-Journey Into Power. If you’ve never heard of this or taken a Baptiste style class we highly recommend you join us for this treat!
.
More about Michele:
Michele Taylor, E-RYT 500, Tier 2 Baptiste Certified Yoga Instructor comes to us with years of practice & experience. Bringing yoga to my community is one of my proudest accomplishments. It wasn't until I was completely tapped out with my busy life as a mother, wife and full-time attorney that I thought to try yoga, primarily as a means to relax and stretch after a busy week. I walked out of that first class feeling relaxed in my mind and body. I quickly realized that in addition to that relaxation, I could also build strength and power through my yoga practice. I co-founded the area's first hot yoga studio, Yoga Core and More, in 2009 and am a 500 E-RYT, Tier 2 Baptiste Certified Yoga Instructor. I am so grateful to be able to practice and teach the styles of yoga that I love--sweaty, empowering, strengthening, calming, hot, Baptiste, power yoga. I delight in the ability to meet so many amazing people, help them alter their mind and body to be happier and healthier, and surround myself with new friends and old friends in a productive, life changing environment.

My least favorite part of vacation is when we have to head back to reality after a week of memory making with some of my most favorite people! ❤️
