Scooter squad out for a spin 🛵💨🤙🏾

If scuba diving is like taking a scenic stroll around a park, then a DPV is like exploring a neighbourhood on an electric bicycle! 😎

More distance, less effort, and a whole lot of fun!

🛵 Available at Alila, Kani, Dhigali, Kurumba, LUX*, Meeru and Vilamendhoo.

Today, we celebrate all the women who dive, explore, and share their passion with a smile.😊

Did you know the first woman recognised as a professional scuba diver was Dottie Frazier, back in the 1950s in the US?

A true pioneer, instructor, gear designer, and trailblazer, she paved the way for generations of women in the underwater world.🤿

Thank you to all those who carry that legacy today, both underwater and on land.

✨Happy Women’s Dive Day 💙

What a morning to remember!

On their very last dive trip, this lucky family had not one, but three whale shark encounters in a single morning!

In this clip, you can spot Tim sharing a peaceful moment with a whale shark — a respectful, magical encounter right after surfacing, with just our group around and no other boats in sight.

💡 Did you know? South Ari Atoll is the only place in the world where whale sharks are found year-round? And LUX* is the nearest resort to the Whale Shark Marine Reserve - approximately 20 minutes.

Eye-to-eye with a pod of dolphins 🐬

Something I never thought would happen to me was when this pod of dolphins decided to not shy away when I was diving down to get a closer look of them. Bottlenose dolphins are considered very nosy and playful. This pod was curious to check me out as I was checking out them. A wonderful experience which will not be forgotten ✨

(clips from july-dec) Whoa 2024 what the fuck…
This year was absolutely insane.

I released my first EP ever and I had the best and worst time with it. Doing all of this work as a solo artist was fucking crazy. I was in a very bad place in April/May - it was weird: while I was having the best time of my life I was also having a really bad time. I learned a lot from this year, tested my boundaries and crossed them a few times (stupid me).
I am absolutely grateful for all the stunning people I met this year. I got to share the stage with the most talented people. I played so so many concerts (something between 28 and 30?) I won a fucking prize??? I traveled so many beautiful places. I joined the coolest choir. I made new merch. I cried so much. I laughed till I cried. I saw the best concerts. I finally made it back to South Africa after 8 years. I released a live session to my EP - so much work and thought went into this video.

Thank you 2024. Thanks to every single person who is part of my journey - whether it’s a secret listener of my music or a very close person.

Let’s see what 2025 brings! ❤️
