NACHLEBEN — Main Section Exhibition

SAVE THE DATE! 📅
19 September — 18 October 2026
at @ilmeccanico_sanvitale , Verona

Aline Bovard Rudaz | Cherche RADIUMINEUSE

curated by @gregtiani

Cherche RADIUMINEUSE uncovers a forgotten chapter of Swiss industrial history: the women who painted watch dials with radium-based luminous paint, often at great cost to their health. Rooted in interviews with people connected to the watchmaking industry, the project combines photography, archival materials, and reproductions of contaminated objects to restore the memory of these overlooked workers. Both an investigation and a tribute, the exhibition invites reflection on resilience, justice, and the stories left out of official histories.

@centrephotolectoure."
