What a week, the weather gods gave us everything from blazing sunshine ( on the day I decided to wear a polo-neck ) to pouring rain and gale force winds, I got to celebrate my birthday with the most amazing people, from Dorset to Margate, thank you to the best team 🫶🏼

Back in August, I filmed a few clips behind the scenes for FatFace winter campaign, so come along and see a little bit of my work and of course, what I was wearing. ✨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🐑🎬🎥🧣

This is my favourite autumn cardigan, the Aria, paired with the Filby Dusky Jeans. I sized up in the jeans for a more relaxed fit, and honestly, I don’t think a black top is ever “just a black top” when it fits this well. This is the Ruby Black Ruched Top.

One thing I really love about FatFace is the quality and how well their pieces fit. You can add your own personal style to them, but the fit and quality always give you a great foundation. 🙌🏽

Ps. shoutout to a great team ♥️

Behind the scenes of my previous South Africa Photo Shoot Expedition to Cape Town.

When people ask me what my favorite destination I’ve ever been to is, my answer is always South Africa. Cape Town is the most beautiful city in the world — outside of Brooklyn, of course.

For me, Cape Town represents abundance. An abundance of beauty, opportunity, creativity, and peace.

Several of my favorite modeling agencies are here. This is actually where I discover many of my Brazilian models before they make their way to Europe and NYC. The diversity and caliber of models in Cape Town is tremendous, and the creative community here is incredible.

Cape Town feels like home to me. I’ve been coming back twice a year since 2015, and every time I return, I find something new that reminds me why I keep coming back.

In 2027, I’m returning with a class of photographers from around the world who will join me for a full Photo Shoot Expedition. I’ll also be bringing models that I’m developing, giving them the opportunity to meet with my agency connections in Cape Town and begin building relationships within the market.

Our next expedition is April 14–17, 2027.

If you’re interested in joining us, send me a message for details. 🦇
