Those who know me well know that sharing cacao is one of my love languages. 🤎 Cacao medicine and the plant itself holds a special place in my life. For me, it brings pleasure, strength, and a Heart-to-Earth connection. And then there’s the simple magic of sharing a cup with others. Believe me, I drink a lot of cacao. I’ve tried many different varieties, and I can honestly say: @ikatcacao is the best I’ve tasted so far. Having someone so dear to me as @amasoma_dita behind this initiative makes it even more special. But my love for IKAT goes beyond that personal connection. Born on the Indonesian island of Flores, @ikatcacao is much more than just another cacao brand. It is an extraordinary regenerative initiative I’ve been lucky to accompany and support since the very beginning. I’ve witnessed the team’s dedication todeliver an exceptional cacao - in every part of the process as they call it “from tree to cup”. And the care that extends to everything around it: fair collaboration with local partners, regenerating the soil and caring for the trees, sharing sustainable growing practices with farmers, strengthening the local economy, and supporting the communities who make it all possible. I know how much resilience, care, and determination this work takes. Seeing the beautiful seeds planted along the way begin to grow makes me deeply happy. Being an ambassador for @ikatcacao feels like a natural extension of something I’ve loved, lived, and believed in for a long time. And because sharing cacao is my love language: if you’re curious about IKAT, the project, or trying it yourself, my DMs are open. 🤎 #cacao #rawcacao #ceremonialcacao

Creating immersive sound experiences has been a direct path to source for me, a balancing force to enter coherence. When im not lighting up the dance floor, you can find me here with @soneirocollective - guiding people into the world of sound, opening fields of resonance. This work has brought me so much grounding and clarity, and it’s such a pleasure to share all that I’ve learned with you all in these training containers. Our next training is starting in November - feeling the call?

The world has changed a lot since the pandemic. Many practices and teachings that were once seen as “esoteric” or “far out there” have suddenly found their way into mainstream culture. And that has some good effects and also a few questionable ones. Here are just a few of our thoughts. What are yours? Professional Music♾️Culture Curation Post : This is what we build. >> Every September we do it. 💚🗻💚 Zermatt-Matterhorn-Holy Mountain Power. THIS FRIDAY we light the fires. A grand and exceedingly thoughtful experiment in hotel culture. A weekend of MUSIC-learning-wellness-culinary-experiential ephemeral happenings, rituals at the shockingly scenic foot of the mother peak … hyper-real memories burned into our psyche. This year, the theme is ‘What Lasts’ - Some things change slowly, thers disappear in an instant. - This sixth edition of A LOVE BEYOND @a_love_beyond centres on one question: What remains when everything changes? - Up in the glaciers, in our minds on the dance floor, we will find the answers. The great vision of @cervozermatt (the best little hotel in the world, I say!) and its extended community of collaborators make this weekend possible. (🙏🏼 @design_hotels / @designhotels_inside / @zermattunplugged / @lizaparis / @lizabeirut ) Over the years, I have been enormously lucky to bring ultimate talent ::: musicians, djs, chefs, mezcaleros, freaks, troublemakers, speakers, dancers, artists, thinkers, and true seekers up to partake, perform, and stop time. 🙏🏼 @skyrager // @sirs_official // @tiagooudman // @doyouspeakmagic // @eddy.ramich // @hara_katsiki // @paint_ // @alisa_reimer // @templehaze // @jeremyblvck // @goldencut.music // @terribleinc // @simon_herody // @sharmaandspring // @franz_matthews // @_audae_ // @kqlin_day.r // @iulia_kite // @enzio_etchaberri // @yildizcem // @alicantezer // @qaziandqazi // @tobideihei // @aquarianrenegade // @charlottewiedemann // @ossiossios // @beu_spirits // @dorte.bundt … among so many others. A big thank you to all those kind souls who have come out with us into forests, shores, and other magical places to dive deep into sound this summer. We feel enriched by this years festival tour. It has once again deepened our sense of community within Soneiro, expanded us through beautiful and also challenging experiences that we went through together, and reminded us that we do all of this based on a shared vision and a deep sense of community and family that we carry for one another within this project. Here are some magic moments from our summer tour, including Unyted Festival (where we also curated a stage and invited friends to share their magic), Tryp Expo at Funkhaus, Garbicz Festival, and Medicine Festival. #festivalsummer #soneirotour

So PROUD! ...After 1 year and 2 studies I’m now starting a shadow work series for the SIA (Systemisches Institut für Achtsamkeit) in Berlin. I deeply believe in this work; the realm of the unconscious, and integrating it in a practical and grounded way. 50% mysticism 50% practicality Finding a language that fits and honors both. First pilot is on the 8th of September and the first official one (OPEN 4 ALL) is probably going to be on Sunday the 20th of September The pilot will be intimate with my favorite witches: but if I forgot to ask you send me a message :)! #shadowwork #jung #unconscious #psychology #transformation
