To celebrate (and coincidence it's #throwbackthursday) we thought we would share some never-before-seen behind the scenes snaps from filming ❤️

Well deserved to the crew at @myflabbergast, all the mentors, our lovely presenter @dominicchinea and all the staff @waterperrygardens who worked their socks off in all weather to make it an amazing show and even more amazing experience over the weekend for us makers involved.

One experience I'll never forget and friends made for life.

With our unwavering commitment to artistry and heritage, we proudly unveiled the story behind our Suffolk Damasks collection in the Entrance Hall, designed by Benedict Foley (@a.prin.art). The collaboration paid tribute to Zoffany’s rich legacy while celebrating our shared passion for promoting British craft and manufacturing.

Following #WOWhouse2024, the space was transformed for our Second Life Exhibition. In partnership with @qestcraft, nine talented QEST Scholars—each representing a unique craft, from weaving and millinery to sculptural textiles—brought new life to repurposed materials, demonstrating the boundless potential of reimagined craftsmanship.
A heartfelt thank you to all the QEST makers and everyone who joined us!

It’s been so lovely spending the day at @yarndale mending with people, especially during @sustainablefashionweek_uk ! I’ll be back tomorrow with another day of drop in mending help!

A big bonus was being in Kirklees corner! Opposite @woveninkirklees and near to @alison_morrish_creative ! So many other lovely familiar faces too!

Almost forgot to celebrate and look back on the second quarter of the year!

What an incredible 3 months that was spending time with friends, family and still doing what I love! 🧡

I had almost forgotten about some of the things I had done and so glad I captured these moments.

There were too many images to try and cram into this 1 min 30 sec reel so apologies if you didn’t make the edit, you know I still love ya! 😁

Enjoy each moment people as the last couple of months wasn’t all joy, there was some sadness which caught me off guard but that’s to be expected in this crazy thing called life.

As I say farewell to April, May & June I welcome July, August & September with open arms.

Let’s see what memories I’ll be sharing at the end of this quarter 🙏🏾🧡

Know your worth. I spent a long time and a lot of money learning upholstery and I’m dedicated to offering the very best product possible. I appreciate that I’m not in everyone’s budget but that’s ok but we do offer payment plans if it helps 😜

I finally got around to putting this reel together after an exhausting but enjoyable and productive 3 day extravaganza at the Craftworks Show in Shoreditch.

I want to say a huge shout out to the @craftworks.show team for putting this event on and also big hugs to everyone who stopped by, came to see me specifically and whom I inspired.

Big love to the @theblackartisans and also to my neighbours all around me.

Time for a rest before I go again with my next event.
