We had such a sweet circle of women for our fall Practitioner Meetup. 🌻 The sunlight had warm morning glow and the kindness among all was truly felt. It is special when women can come together in a relaxed easeful way, to genuinely connect, to hold each other, and enthusiastically support one another in our unique yet woven paths. We are blessed to be in community with amazing health and healing practitioners in the Bay Area. Giving thanks for a beautiful and uplifting gathering. 💛

La Loba. The Bone Woman. The One Who Knows. As we gather in the days when the veil is said to grow thin, this workshop turns us toward the story of La Loba to listen for our own instinctual knowing, the parts of ourselves that may have been buried or forgotten, though never lost, and ripe for reclamation. Led by @alisonvedyoga , Bay Area trauma-sensitive Kundalini Yoga teacher, this workshop draws upon La Loba and Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey to explore what is indestructible in our original selves, our instinct, intuition, creativity, and inner knowing, and what it means to call these parts home. We’ll bring this inquiry into the body through a 60-minute trauma-sensitive Kundalini Yoga practice, weaving movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation. This workshop is a journey of remembering what is essential, gathering what has been lost, and reclaiming the wild within. 📍 November 1, Gemini Yoga ⏰ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm ✅ Register at GeminiYoga.com

Horses don’t care about stories we tell ourselves. They respond to raw, real energy. During this session, as she allowed herself to step into true vulnerability, these two stepped up with a powerful message. They weren’t just standing there-they were mirroring that was happening beneath the surface, gently nudging her to look at what truly needed her attention. When you show up as your authentic self, horses become the ultimate mirror for healing and breakthrough.
