- @droledemonsieur, the brand most known for the Instagram-famous ‘Not from Paris Madame’ slogan, has recently opened its inaugural flagship store in Le Marais, Paris. Since its inception in 2014, in a medium-sized city in eastern France, Drôle de Monsieur has aimed to highlight that ambition, talent, and success are not limited to major metropolitan areas, hence the slogan. This new flagship store communicates the brand identity through various elements, including the vinyl choices, the cozy interior reminiscent of iconic hotel lobbies, and the art-deco style bar with Le Corbusier design elements, as well as their clothing selection. In addition, the cash register, designed to resemble a bar, is rumored to eventually power small ‘apéritif’ gatherings aimed at uniting their community. Will you be checking out their new flagship store?
