Bathroom Transformation No. 3 | Modern Luxury by Bedfordshire Builders

Our third bathroom reveal, and this one is all about bold contrasts, elegant finishes and attention to detail.

Featuring stunning large-format marble-effect tiles, a freestanding black and white bathtub paired with a sleek matte black freestanding bath tap, creating a real statement.

The beautifully designed fluted floating vanity, countertop basin and geometric Scudo LED mirror bring a contemporary touch, complemented by matching matte black fittings throughout.

But what really makes this bathroom stand out is the lighting.

From the integrated vertical LED strips to the subtle floor-level illumination, every detail has been carefully planned to create a luxurious atmosphere.

Finished with recessed wall niches, concealed plumbing and clean, seamless tiling.

Three bathrooms. Three unique designs. One standard of quality.

Another transformation completed by Bedfordshire Builders.

Garden & Shed Electrical Installation ⚡🌿

A great finish to this garden project, adding practical power and lighting to the shed alongside @all.led LED pathway lighting to completely transform the space after dark.

We adapted the existing ring circuit to supply a switched fused spur, which then feeds a new radial circuit to the shed. The external supply was installed in 2.5mm² 3-core NYY-J cable, neatly clipped direct along the route to provide a robust and suitable solution for the outdoor environment.

Inside the shed, the new supply feeds a twin socket along with a second switched fused spur. This spur was correctly fused at 3A to supply the newly installed shed light and the new LED pathway lighting.

For the pathway, 1.5mm² 3-core NYY-J was clipped direct along the pergola and taken to both sides of the path. The LED strip was terminated into IP-rated @wiskaukltd boxes, with the strip supplied from both ends to minimise voltage drop and prevent a noticeable reduction in brightness along its length, giving an even illumination from start to finish.

An adaptable enclosure was installed inside the shed housing the LED driver and wireless receiver, allowing the pathway lighting to be switched wirelessly. From here, the NYY-J supplies were taken out to each of the Wiska termination points.

A tidy installation that adds both functionality and a great feature to the garden — particularly once the pathway lighting comes on at night. ⚡💡
