Kiosk on Fossgate is a compact coffee spot that brings together speciality brews and a carefully curated mix of art, ceramics and independent makers. All Caps Coffee’s Strawberry Co-Ferment from producer Edinson Argote’s Quebraditas farm in Colombia. Grown at 1,850 metres, the Caturra variety undergoes strawberry and yeast co-fermentation, creating a fruity coffee with notes of strawberry daiquiri and berry yoghurt. 📍 York, UK. ☕️ Flat White 🫘 All Caps Coffee 💳 £4.00

SHOP SHOUTOUT ☕️ LAGOM, NEWCASTLE Lagom is the Swedish art of balanced living. Not too little, not too much. Just right. And that pretty much sums this place up. The cafe is beaut. Light, airy and reassuringly busy over the lunchtime period, with a proper mix of people sitting in enjoying the food and others grabbing coffee on the run. There’s pour over alongside all the usual milk drinks, with two house coffees on offer. A Brazilian for the more classic chocolatey, nutty profile, or something a bit fruitier. Naturally, I went fruity 😂 I had the Bekele Yutute Ethiopia from Harmony Coffee Roasters, promising orange Starburst, peach yoghurt and blueberry. Really, really good. Loads of fruit, that yoghurt-like creaminess really came through in milk, and the texture was smooth as you like. Coffee served with a glass of water too, which always gets a big tick from me. Much like the name suggests, the whole thing just felt properly balanced. I enjoyed it enough to pick up a bag to take home, then realised Harmony are roasting in York, basically on my doorstep! Great coffee, lovely space and loads of interesting options. Banging cafe. 100% worth a visit if you’re in the Toon. ☕️ #coffee #specialtycoffee #homebarista #espresso #coffeegram

About a year ago, I decided to go all in on what the cool kids call a ‘multi-roaster’ cafe. 12 months in and we’re giving it our best shot. At present 13 roasters occupy the shelves with a mix of approachable daily drivers and more exotic, unique stuff. You’ll find most of the coffees on our retail shelves, also on our very very frequently changing espresso and pourover menu. Our coffee selection doesn’t really fit into one lane with a broad selection of process, origin and terroir driven lots. There’s something to discover for everyone.

Exploring Specialty Coffee shop (57) Life lately, Preston Coffee shop @lifelatelylifelately Roaster @allcaps_coffee @lifelatelylifelately is a coffee shop located in the high street area of Preston. The atmosphere is great with warm colour of lighting, spacious seats and minimalist settings. The shop is still fairly new which has been around for 7 months. Glad to find this place on Google. Coffee ☕️ i had one cortado and a long black, roasted by @allcaps_coffee . Milk coffee is from Colombia washed , castillo variety, with notes of berry and yogurt. Long black is also a Colombia washed but with a different variety, with notes of orange and chocolate. Environment The coffee shop provides a very calm atmosphere, despite i just visited there to do my own work. i’m hoping to visit soon!

Some exciting new coffees in at De Oliveira ✨ We’ve teamed up with @allcaps_coffee who’ve roasted two special coffees for us. As fellow roasters, we’re huge fans of what they do and their willingness to push the boundaries of what coffee can be, so it’s been great working with them on these. We’ve got: ☕ Hamasho, Ethiopia: a co-ferment with tasting notes of lychee, blueberry and cotton candy grapes. ☕ Peach, Strawberry & Passion Fruit: another co-ferment, and a personal favourite of ours. This one’s particularly special as it’s been blended exclusively for us by All Caps, meaning you won’t find it anywhere else but De Oliveira Cafe. Two very different coffees, both well worth trying. Massive thanks to the All Caps team for working with us on these!
