A lot of catchers use plyo balls to train receiving.

We created heavy machine balls so baseball and softball catchers can receive heavier balls fired at game-like speeds out of a machine.

More force. More feedback. Better receiving.

This Thanksgiving, I am so incredibly thankful to be a graduate of my dream school, The Leland Stanford Junior University. I am endlessly grateful to the village that made this possible, and my family that walked this path before and alongside me. From a baby taking pictures in my Dad’s football helmet, to the weird middle school girl who wore Stanford shirts everywhere, to the cheerleader on the sideline of Stanford Stadium, to the soloist on the Memorial Auditorium stage, I have been devoted to pursuing higher education and artistry. Stanford was full of special moments and surprises. I stumbled into a music career and am a member of The Recording Academy as a songwriter, I became an alumni of Chi Omega Sorority, I chaired the Stanford Viennese Ball and fell in love with ballroom dancing, I wrote a play that premiered a weekend run in The Nitery Theater, I lived in the same dorm room that my brother did in Ujamaa, I was named an Artist In Resonance with The Institute For Diversity In The Arts, and I performed in 8 productions during my time at Stanford. It was an adventure full of epic loss and love and shaped me into a new woman. Some of the proudest moments of my life, and the most incredible relationships between my friends and my mentors come from my time at Stanford. I am so honored to have been a part of the transfer family, just like my dear mother, and felt her carrying me through every step of this turbulent and triumphant journey. Thank you so much, to Vellet, and to God, and to everyone who believed in me, and my sweet sweet Stanford. GO CARD!! 🌲❤️🥂🫧💐
