Softball has been a part of my life before I can even remember. So many weekends spent on the field, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Softball has given me so much over the last 16 years. I will forever be grateful. The friendships I have gained are countless, and the memories will last a lifetime. Thank you, Jesus, for blessing me with such a gift to be able to play a game that I love for so long.

Thank you to all of my coaches and teammates that made an impact on my life. Thank you to my family for sitting through probably thousands of games in the Texas heat. I couldn't have done it without y’all.  Thank you to my mom for being my biggest cheerleader even when I didn't believe you and being up for any road trip across country to go play. I love you.

And to my dad, thank you for helping me chase my dreams and get to live them out the last 16 years. Im so grateful for you and our time we shared - every car ride together, every phone call after practice or games, being my coach and my biggest fan. My favorite memories will always be looking up and seeing you in the stands.  Thank you, softball, for everything. I love you forever.
