Stockholm always makes me feel a little at home. There’s something familiar about the city, and about the places I’ve grown attached to along the way - Hosoi @hosoisthlm is certainly one of them.

Last weekend I returned for another vinyl set, this time with ambient and downtempo sounds, along with some jazz woven in.

Some places are special because of what happens there. Others become special simply because of what they come to hold.

It felt meaningful to be back. The room, the music, the familiar feeling of sharing records with people who are there to really listen - some things felt exactly as I remembered them, and some things felt very different.

Thank you for having me back 🤍

August, you’ve been a good one.

Long sunny days, plenty of fun and lots of Chelsea moments captured by you. Here’s a little summer rewind before we officially say goodbye.

As for autumn/winter? Chelsea has plans. Big ones. Stay tuned…

As we move into late summer and, more importantly, our 25th birthday weekender, we have lots to offer, from listening parties to EP launches and just some all-round great DJs from far and wide.

Thats all, right here in East London, Brick Lane

Xixi Z is a China-born, London-shaped, now Rome-based vinyl DJ by happy accident. What started as a quiet obsession with records has evolved into a journey behind the decks - spanning funk & soul, ambient textures, downtempo grooves, and house sets.

Outside of music, she draws and works with pottery alongside her communications hat. She finds inspiration through travel, cinema, and everyday encounters. Her sets are heartfelt, analogue, and always in search of a soul-connecting mood.
