HI FRIEND! A lot has changed since I last introduced myself so I decided it was that time again✨

I TRULY want to get to know you! So, here’s a little about me, then it’s your turn ☺️

This is me (Ceciley) while I was pregnant with my second child — He is now 3 months and a real bundle of joy! My daughter is turning 3 this month and I think I’m still in denial about how fast the time has flown by 🥹

I’ve been married to my incredible husband for almost 4 years and he truly is my best friend. We live in Salt Lake City where I currently work with youth in custody.

I absolutely love being a mom AND I also think it can be really hard. I created this page in an effort to help other moms feel seen and less alone in their motherhood journey.

I will also be providing tangible tips that I’ve learned, not only through being a mom myself, but also from my 16+ years working with youth.

Now it’s YOUR TURN!

Tell me in the comments about your family, where you are from, if you are working or if you’re a stay at home mom and any fun facts about you 🫶🏼

Can’t wait to be friends! 🤩

HI FRIEND 🫶🏼 When I say I’m happy to have you here, I really mean it. I’m thrilled!

I can’t wait to get to know you and hope to be able to encourage you to really go after the life you’ve been dreaming of.

You are worth it. You deserve it💫

Say hi in the comments or drop me a DM and let’s be friends 💖

And I’m baaaack 💫

Lots has changed in the last few years… like adding two beautiful children to our family 🤩

Mama life has kept me super busy but I’ve missed this creative outlet. So, here we are!

I’ve got some exciting plans for this account so make sure to follow along✨

For those of you who have stuck around and supported me with all my wild ideas… here’s a virtual high five cause you’re the real MVPs 🫶🏼

I was feeling a little overwhelmed today and my sweet (almost 3 year old) daughter was picking up on it.

She sweetly said, “Mom, what’s wrong?” I explained to her that it had just been a long day. She paused and looked at me for a moment and then quietly walked over and gave me the biggest hug. She didn’t say a word, just hugged me tight.

Sometimes I think we feel like we need to hide any “less-than-pleasant” emotions from our kids. We feel like we have to be strong and happy and positive all the time. But that’s just not realistic.

Allowing our children to see us experiencing all kinds of emotions 1. allows them permission to feel their emotions too, and 2. Provides an opportunity for them to experience empathy and show kindness 🫶🏼
