POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Four years. One storage unit. As of today, empty.
2,000 sweatshirts → homeless of Boston
1,000 belt bags → women in need
Hundreds of sand toys and play sets → kids who’ll actually use them (long story, don’t ask)

But the best part wasn’t the donating. It was all of you in my DMs telling me where your 2020 order ended up. 🤣

10 of these bags are going to 10 of you.
Comment BAGS to enter.
And no, emptying the unit isn’t the ending. Stick around.

Small bathroom… but make it feel twice the size 👀

Here’s how we maximize every inch:

✨ Mirror inlaid doors → no more fighting for space
✨ Hidden trash → because clutter = gone
✨ Mini niche → perfect for everyday essentials
✨ Hair tool drawer → finally, no more mess

Which one are you adding to your bathroom? ⬇️

If your workouts aren’t working… you’re probably skipping these 5 things 👇

You don’t need to train harder, push more, and sweat longer…

Focus on pairing your routine with recovery.

Here are 5 things that can make the biggest difference:
1. Cold Plunge → Helps reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost energy (yes it’s uncomfortable… but it works 😅)
2. Infrared Sauna → Supports detox, improves circulation, and helps your muscles relax + repair
3. Compression Therapy → Increases blood flow and reduces soreness so you’re not dragging into your next workout
4. Red Light Therapy → Helps with muscle recovery, inflammation, and even skin health
5. Actually slowing down → Recovery isn’t lazy… it’s what allows your body to rebuild stronger

If you’ve been feeling stuck, sore, or exhausted… this is your sign to stop doing more—and start recovering smarter.
