💟I’m doing a free 3-day Energy Refresh Mini Retreat (11/14 - 11/16) culminating with an opportunity to join my new Increase Your Peace Academy just in time for the holiday season. (No obligation to join)

💟Each day is just an hour time investment towards increased energy and renewed vitality.

💟Sunday we’ll do a meditation cutting etheric cords, and calling back our energy from situations and people from our past.

💟Monday I’ll teach you a protective energy shield technique you can use at any time so that you aren’t affected by the negative energies of others.

💟Tuesday we’ll cover daily energetic maintenance tips for keeping our energy high and clear and supporting those we love without taking on their issues.

After each session there will be a brief Q & A period.

Let me know if you’re interested, and show up here or on my FB page at noon. If you can’t be here live, it will be available on the replay too.

Steps to __________ amid chaos.

What would you like to find in the midst of today’s chaos?

Calm? Stillness? Peace? Joy? Normalcy?

All of that is possible when we stay in our center. Here are some steps:

🌿Stay grounded through literal grounding. Go outside and stand on the grass with bare feet. Connect with the earth. Lean against a tree. And breathe.

🌿Exercise. Moving our bodies is proven to help reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. Exercise increases production of the “feel good” brain chemicals and decreases the “feel bad” ones.

🌿Try EFT Tapping to ground the energy in your body. Tapping on the meridian points will help clear blocks and allow energy to flow.

🌿Try reiki or another energetic healing modality. My signature RAISE Reiki Method releases deeply held emotions which can reduce anxiety and possibly stiffness and pain in our bodies. (Reach out for more info — we can do a free 20
minute call with a card pull to see if we’re a fit)

What word would you use to fill in the blank?
