🌈 #DROPBACKSPRINGFORWARD ⤵️🌺 Day 6: Wheel Pose
So obviously to dropback, you need to be able to do wheel pose, urdhva dhanurasana. It doesn't have to be the deepest wheel. What matters is accessing the strength in your legs to control the lower. I'll get into this tomorrow morning. My apologies for the delay! I'm spending the evening recovering from my triathlon. Thanks for understanding. 😉 this is a #throwback photo of when @danielaarangoyoga and I played in Bernal Heights in San Francisco. Isn't her wheel beautiful? ⤵️🌺
