Mortgage rates are moving—and in this market, your Realtor’s words matter.

A strong buyer’s agent helps buyers understand purchasing power, options and when an opportunity may be worth acting on.

A strong listing agent knows how to communicate value and timing to the agents bringing those buyers.

The market creates the moment. Representation can make the difference.

Send to your Spokane adventure buddy!

This week was the perfect mix of work and play where I really took time to explore my city and ease into the quality of life I have so craved. Adventures took me to sushi with friends, exploring hotels for their 25th anniversary and nights out with old and new buddies.

I also celebrated a friends kiddo, got the best ice cream and found my new go to bar. Oh, and my church had a cutie picnic which was the perfect kickoff to summer. If you look for it, Spokane has a ton of gems sprinkled about. You just need to put yourself out there to enjoy it 🥰

PS: if you’re a Spokane business owner, please come to my next marketing class on the 17th of July! It’s free and an amazing way to meet fellow business owners.

Don’t live in the past. Don’t look back. Those rates are long gone. Want to know a secret…the rates could be worse. There was time that rates were much much higher. Life is all about perspective. Find the home you love. The one you want to live in forever. The dream house that makes you excited. Rates will go up and down. Date the rate MARRY the HOUSE. It’s never a perfect time. When rates were at an all time low you had to compete, skip inspections, run there in hours and hope you got picked. I still have multiples on homes but it is different. Buyers are more dialed in and often do not make an offer the same day as a home hits the market. You can buy down your rate, you can refi, there are options. Today my advice is to find the home. Don’t get stuck in the past it’s not coming back. All you can do is move forward. Tag your favorite lender. There’s many to choose from and all of them have special programs to help you feel comfortable with your payment. Don’t look at your home as a monthly payment but an investment. Pick a community you love. Choose a street that feels like home. Counters can be changed, paint makes a huge difference, carpet goes a LONG way. Your home is your space to unwind, be at rest and make your own. Focus on the home and the rest will fall into place. #Mortgage

As a Realtor I am fortunate to see many beautiful homes and lovely decor, but I also get to see a lot of cute pets

A recent seller had four sweet cats and three overly cute dogs and I wished I could take one home with me

Luckily I have purse so I can borrow this lil gem 💎 🐶 👜

Don’t worry, the pup loved his time in the purse and I only wish he could actually come home with me
