For the last 6 years of training the one pattern I’ve seen in anyone I work with is that consistent exercise WILL NOT come from doing it all, but it will DOES come from showing up even when motivation is low and life is loud.

My goal has always been this simple…train in a way that builds confidence that stacks over time until one day you look up and realize you trust yourself again.

I’ve seen this happen over and over and over.

If you’ve been on this journey for a while, I want to hear from you: How has exercise changed you: physically, mentally, emotionally? And what kind of coaching helped you believe in yourself when you didn’t yet?

Always grateful you’re here in this tiny little corner of social media

so excited to be sharing two of my favorite things (yin yoga + sound healing) with the wonderful community at @almamvmtstudio ❤️‍🔥

join me weekly at 6 pm on thursdays for unheated Yin + Sound, 60 minutes of time spent reconnecting with your body, releasing held tension in spaces like your hips, shoulders and spine, and soothing your nervous system.

sound bowls are played intermittently throughout class and we end with a sound bath in an extended savasana so you can leave feeling rested and rebalanced. 🤍

one of the things I love most about Yin is that it was originally intended to balance out the Yang energy of power vinyasa classes, so it’s a great complement to more active movement styles! having both types of movement in our routines helps us stay balanced and grounded and that’s why I’ve loved incorporating more Yin into my own movement practice over the last couple of years. ☯️

all levels always, no prior experience necessary. just come as you are 🫶🏼

The solstice yoga and sound bath event with @almamvmtstudio last month was the perfect way to start the summer season. A restorative, reflective and joyful afternoon spent moving our bodies, snacking on fruit and writing intentions. If you are hosting a gathering at our farm, @almamvmtstudio provides an exceptional mindful workout experience for any group or office off-site event 💛

A pretty perfect Saturday morning if you ask me ☕️🌞

Yoga at Alma, a quick farmers market run, and coffee and a pastry from Turnbull. One of my favorite things about Kingston Springs is that everything you need for a good morning is right here. 💐🫐 🥐
