Many people date as their best self and marry as their worst self. Welcome back to the Ten Commandments of Dating. Commandment number five: Thou shalt be your higher self and then live it. The goal of dating is not to convince someone to like you. It is to become the kind of person who can build a healthy and lasting relationship. Show up as your higher self. Be thoughtful, present, kind, confident, and emotionally mature. At the same time, make sure that version of yourself is real and sustainable. A relationship should never be built on an image you cannot maintain. It should be built on genuine growth and a commitment to becoming the person you aspire to be. Bring your higher self into the relationship, then continue living it long after the dating stage is over. Follow for the rest of the Ten Commandments of Dating series.

The next 6 months will define your next 60 years. A boat doesn’t just drift towards its destination because the waters don’t play games. Without a powerful engine, an accurate map, and a clear path forward they end up stranding you in the middle of the ocean. Sometimes the only way forward is to strip it all down and reset. That’s why we go into the hole. If you’re ready to stop wasting time and actually recalibrate your life→ DM me PRIME or comment PRIME and I’ll bring you into our FREE virtual event on Sept 8 @ 7PM. This is your compass. #AlphaDad #PrimeReset #6MonthsToGreatness #RiseAsAMan #ManOnAMission #BuiltNotBorn #NoMoreExcuses

You don’t workout just to look good. That’s a side benefit. Pressure is coming. Every aspect of your life will be met with struggle. It’s inevitable. What isn’t inevitable is how you handle those struggles. If your nervous system is weak, you will break. But if your mind is developed, your spirit learns to rise above and learn. Control your breath, and you control your state. When you push beyond your pain, you will earn your self-respect. The gym is just the rehearsal for everything else that really matters. Lift those weights. #MensMentalHealth #StrongBodyStrongMind #MindOverMuscle #DisciplineEqualsFreedom #ModernManhood #HardTimesBuildMen #MindBodyMastery #ResilientMindset #TrainForLife #AlphaMindset

If a man like this can do it you can too. ALPHADAD opens Tuesday. Stay tuned for special launch day offer!!

đŸŽ€ ASK JON: EPISODE 3 “How to Get Your Kids to Listen (Without Screaming Like a Psycho)” You keep yelling
and nothing changes. They tune you out. You hate who you become, just trying to get them to put on a damn shoe. Kids don’t respond to noise. They respond to presence. If they don’t respect your voice, they won’t follow you. If all they hear is volume, they’ll never hear your values. Inside AlphaDad, we teach dads how to lead without rage. How to earn respect without fear. How to become the man they want to follow without losing control. We don’t fix your parenting. We fix you. Everything shifts from there. đŸ“© DM me “LEAD” if you’re ready to be the father they actually listen to. #AlphaDad #FatherhoodWithFire #LeadWithPresence #BreakTheCycle #RealMenRaiseLegends

There’s always gonna be a reason not to work But why do you always have to listen to it? Because it’s easier. It’s just wet. It’s not gonna kill you. Relax. A man should be able to deal with a couple raindrops. What happens when it’s more than just some rain? Wake up. You’re so much more than you think. Prepare to start unveiling the parts of yourself you’ve been hiding for so long #alphadad
