A series to focus on core stability across the transverse and coronal planes.
This movement can help with functional everyday tasks such as standing up on rush hour tubes while trying to dodge tall men with BO x

I’ve fallen in love with another mat @alongside.six
This beautifully curated space can be found on a widebeam boat along the canal from angel to hackney. It honestly is magic, come and experience it for yourself ⊹ ࣪ ﹏𓊝﹏

Pilates, but make it a little different.

We teamed up with @alongside.six and @saunos_ldn for a mat Pilates session on their floating movement space, with Creatime on hand to keep everyone fuelled 🍫

A day well spent, just not on dry land.

Pilates .. but make it on a boat 🚤🧘🏼‍♀️

We teamed up with @mockingbirdrawpress for the ultimate Sunday reset, Infrared Pilates on the water at @alongside.six , Raw Balance juices, pastries & new mates. Safe to say, we’d love to do this again!!

We always think of new ways to bring people together through fitness, what other events would you love to see us do?

Comment below, we would love to hear from you 👇🏼

intentional ball work ⟡

a full body pilates flow built around using the ball to create resistance, feedback + instability.

the goal wasn’t to make it harder for the sake of it but to use the ball to change the way each movement feels then building from there.

finally getting round to posting this from Sunday 🎀🛥️

I think I can officially say I’ve done Pilates pretty much everywhere now… including on a boat in London 🫶

the cutest afternoon doing hot mat Pilates on the water with @move.meet and to @alongside.six for letting us take over the boat ⚓️

and ofc wearing @teveo because apparently I do have a Pilates uniform at this point 🤭

Loved hosting this @move.meet event with @sofia.co.uk.it this weekend!

We did a 45min hot sculpt class at @alongside.six 🧘‍♀️, followed by pastries & the new @mockingbirdrawpress juice🥤

Super cool location (on a boat!), great class & great company as always 🥰 excited for the next event!

An instant zen afternoon meeting new people and learning all about @mockingbirdrawpress cold pressed juices which are full of fruit, veggies and added vitamins - no nasties!
