Every athlete has a story.

Some are about crossing a finish line. Others are about getting to the starting line in the first place.

We’ve met athletes who found triathlon after losing loved ones. Athletes who came back from injury. Athletes who weren’t sure they belonged. Athletes who faced setbacks, doubts and days when quitting would have been so much easier.

But they all have something in common. They kept ENDURING.

That’s why we love telling these stories.

Someone out there might be living with the same doubts, facing the same obstacle or wondering if they’re even capable of doing something they never thought possible.

Sometimes all it takes is hearing someone else’s story to realize you’re not alone.

These aren’t stories about the fastest athletes. They’re stories about perseverance, determination, and resilience. The stubborn belief that one more step, one more stroke or one more mile is worth it.

They’re stories straight from the heart and they’re a big part of why we love being part of the triathlon community.

Thank you to every athlete who has trusted us with your story.

If you’d like to read their full stories, visit the COMMUNITY section of our website (link in bio).

And if you have a story you’d like to share, we’d love to share yours, too.

After hip surgery, a delayed diagnosis and a new setback, Brian is shifting his focus and trying to rebuild the smart way...

For her first 70.3, Amanda worked two jobs, trained without a coach and raced with the setup she had. What carried her through wasn’t a perfect bike, clip-in shoes or a long list of gadgets. It was heart, grit and the people who believed in her.

After reaching the lowest point in her mental health, Chelsea found help, support and a new reason to keep moving forward. Now she’s training for her first 70.3 and learning what it means to celebrate the life she chose to stay for.

Kyle Barry arrived at Chattanooga 70.3 hoping for a strong race, but the weekend gave him something bigger: real community, a hard-earned reset and proof that the connections we build around the sport can change the way race day feels.

Bobbi’s comeback began when life as

🎙️ STRENGTH THROUGH STRUGGLE | Episode 4
.
“Trust the Process”
.
One of the biggest challenges in our generation is wanting immediate results.
.
We want success without sacrifice.Growth without discomfort. Results without consistency.
.
But that’s not how transformation works.
.
The greatest changes happen through the work nobody sees—the early mornings, the sacrifices, the discipline, and the commitment to keep showing up when it feels like you’re getting nowhere.
.
In the beginning, progress can seem small. Sometimes it feels like you’re taking one step forward and two steps back.
.
But don’t underestimate small beginnings.
.
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” — Zechariah 4:10
.
Over time, those small daily decisions become something extraordinary.
.
One day you’ll look back and realize you’re capable of things you once thought were impossible—not because of one great moment, but because you stayed consistent.
.
The Ironman wasn’t won on race day.It was built through months of preparation.
.
And the same is true in life.
.
When we trust the process, we learn to remain calm in the middle of chaos, confident in the middle of uncertainty, and strong in the middle of struggle.
.
Keep showing up.Keep trusting.Keep moving forward.
.
That’s where strength is built.
.
