A perfect reading nook with a view (and a wonky lamp)… which I shall never, ever sit and read in, because…. life. Does that stop me loving this new space? No, it does not. And I can see it from my bed, where I sit and doomscroll, so that’ll do.

The space 100% needed a shot of burgundy, and I’ve had a Nikki chair from @shopthehouseupstairs on my hitlist since I first clapped eyes on them, so this was the moment. LOVE. HER. The fabric is Toba in Loganberry by @sanderson1860 (the whole hallway is a bit of a love letter to Sanderson, really…).

Also, please ignore the big white WiFi extender in the socket, it was more than my life’s worth to unplug it for the aesthetics, with a husband working upstairs and 2 kids on school hols.
