Travelling is no excuse to skip training ✈️💪🏼🏝️

Different gym, same standards 🖤
Always finding a way to get it done, wherever I am.

Intra or post-workout?
Are you timing your supplements right? 💪🏻

🔹 GLUTAMINE — Gut & immune support
🔹 EAA+ — Essential amino acids for muscle protein synthesis
🔹 CREATINE — Strength, power & performance

Three supplements. Three different roles. And timing isn’t everything.

Remember: Consistency, good nutrition, training and recovery come first.

Save this for your next training day 👊🏻

Two girls who love training, pushing each other, chasing goals, and making memories along the way. 🤍💪🏽

No competition — just two best friends who genuinely want to see each other win.

Always cheering each other on, supporting each other through the hard days, and celebrating every little victory along the way. 🫶🏽

There’s something so special about having a best friend who understands the lifestyle, shares the same passion, and makes the journey that much better.

Here’s to growing stronger, chasing goals, and making memories together. 🤍💪🏽

Discipline isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what you said you would do — especially when you don’t feel like it. ✌🏼

Not because you have to.
Because you respect yourself enough to keep showing up.

And showing up starts with preparing your body.
A few minutes of mobility before training helps you move well, warm up your joints and get your body ready for the work ahead.

1% better. Every day.

One thing I never underestimate: Recovery 🤍

I can train hard, but if I’m not giving my body what it needs afterwards, I’m making the process harder than it needs to be.

Why protein after training? 👇🏻

Protein provides the amino acids your muscles need to repair and adapt.

It can support:
✔️ Muscle growth
✔️ Recovery
✔️ Maintaining lean muscle
✔️ Strength adaptations
✔️ Hitting your daily protein target

A shake isn’t essential — but it’s convenient.

And sometimes convenience is what makes consistency possible 💪🏻

A little piece of summer I wish I could bottle up. 🌊☀️

Turkey, sunshine, salty skin and absolutely nowhere to be.
Just enjoying the moment, soaking it all in and letting life slow down for a little while. 🤍

There’s something about being by the ocean that makes everything feel a little lighter.

More moments like this, please. 🌴✨

The goal is simple: be better than yesterday 🤍

Not stronger than everyone else.
Not perfect every day.
Just a little stronger, a little more disciplined, a little more committed than you were yesterday.

Some days that means adding weight.
Some days it means showing up when you don’t feel like it.
And some days… it simply means not giving up.

Progress is built in the small decisions you make consistently. 🏋🏻‍♀️

One rep. One workout. One day at a time.

This is me. Ané 🤍

I thought it was time you got to know a little more about the girl behind this page.

I genuinely love training — but what I love even more is helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves. Seeing someone believe in themselves because of what we’ve achieved together is one of the best parts of what I do.

Then there are my two babies... 🐾
My dogs are my kids. They bring me so much joy, love and happiness, and honestly, life is just better with them in it.

I also have a serious sweet tooth 😅🍫 I love good food and I don’t believe in restricting myself from the things I enjoy. I train hard, eat well and enjoy dessert too.
Balance is important to me.

And then there’s a part of my life that changed me forever.
Losing my mom was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. It changed my perspective on life and taught me to appreciate the people I love and the little moments even more.

There are days I feel incredibly strong, and there are days I miss my mom so much it takes my breath away.

I remember driving home after one of my best training sessions, feeling so proud and happy... and suddenly I just started crying because I wished I could call her and tell her about it.

I think that’s what grief is like. You can be having a really good day and still miss someone with your whole heart.

So here l am.

A personal trainer.
A dog mom.
A lover of good food and desserts.
A MuscleTech ambassador.
A woman who loves to train, laugh, live and keep growing.

Not perfect. Not always having it all figured out.

Just Ané, trying to make the most of this life and excited for everything this next chapter has to bring 🤍

If you’re new here… Hi. Now you know a little more about me 🫶🏼

🌼Strong looks good on you

Strong isn’t just something you build in the gym.
It’s how you feel, how you move, and how you show up for yourself 💛

To every woman who is becoming stronger - in the gym, in her career, in her relationship, and in herself 💛

Strong doesn’t look one way.
Confidence doesn’t look one way.
And there’s no limit to what a woman can become when she stops shrinking herself to fit expectations.

Strong body, Balanced life 💛
