Beyond grateful for @emilydematas and @leanavila for always being there.

Special thanks to JP for lending me his cinematography skills, and of course Alvaro for making all of this possible.

Florida collegiate state championships 2024!

Blessed to be able to compete with so many amazing athletes. Blessed to have the health and opportunity to do the things I love. Blessed with a wonderful fiancé who loves me and is always there to build me up and blessed with parents who are so supportive and always make time for me. I am so thankful for every opportunity that God puts in front of me to test how far I can push the body he has given me.
Psalms 121:1-2 “I lift up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.”

9/9, a new squat PR (157.5kg) and a new meet PR (427.5kg).

Thank you @alvarostreet as always for the coaching, handling, and support! You really believed in that squat PR a whole lot more than I did!

2024 Florida Collegiate states, the last go around🤯

Squats 3/3: 353lbs/ 160kg (5kg comp pr)
Bench 2/3: 220lbs/ 100kg (2.5kg comp pr)
Deadlift 2/3: 375lbs/ 170kg (grip slipped on second, so we just retook it)
Total: 948lbs/ 430kg (Same as the past two comps😅)

3x 67.5kg champ🥇

It was a great prep, we were locked in and I really loved the process. I was so so excited to compete and I knew I was ready and prepared. A little bittersweet with it being my last cstates after competing the last four years but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Looking back on the progress from these past four years I am reminded that discipline, perseverance and action is what achieves and exceeds your goals.

As always, a huge thank you to @alvarostreet for the constant support and guidance. We keep pushing and we keep growing.

To the @fiupowerlifting team, my friends and family, love you guys and you guys always make meets more than just a competition.

Let’s keep this momentum rolling🚂💙🤩🐾
