Y’all need to go to one of the @always_bev seminars. I can’t stress enough how important it is to stay safe with these body snatchers going around. This goes for males and females. They don’t only teach you about the signs of a predator but self confidence, self defense moves, and much more. #beaware

On Monday night we had a guest speaker by the name of Barb Jordan. She taught us awareness, personal safety skills, and how to be vigilant as we move through our daily routines. There are too many true stories out there to not be aware or be able to see when an opportunity may arise. Things that seem so simple but still must be learned and used. THANK YOU Barb for bringing Always Bev to us and showing us why you do what we do & THANK YOU for making us as women feel empowered.
If you also want to see what this is about check out her website at alwaysbev.com you won’t regret it! #alwaysbev #bevigilant
