TMI wrapped!!!! ⚔️

we finally concluded our journey with (re)reading the mortal instruments series and had SO MCUH FUN!!!! being in the bookclub and discussing with everyone heightened the experiences in the best way

another month has passed with the new romantics, and we kicked off end of summer/start of fall with a cutie little romance called love and other conspiracies by mallory marlowe! 🍂

this month’s book was a mystery pick chosen by our members, and we learned SO MUCH about them through this 😈. from someone who has attended cryptid coachella to the vast majority loving toes, this was a wild one for sure.

another month here and gone!!! if you noticed we didn’t post for our july pick, the MASH up, wellll… we didn’t love it and didn’t really feel like posting it so here we are 🫪

as for our august pick, it was a mixed bag. some gave it a 5 star, some gave it a 3 and below, so take that as you will. it’s a fun magical realism/time travel/second chance story with some great latina rep (as per our lovely latina members 🫶🏼)

Plan the trip!

I’m so glad I found @betweenthetropes on this little app leading to book club meetings twice a month, lots of friends, and now a few weekends away.

Our foodie goddess and leader @allinwitha created amazing meals that were the perfect complement to lots of chats, Grey’s Anatomy, reading, the Olympics, crafting, reheating, and enjoying a weekend at the lake for camp no hard pants. I finished two books and almost finished a needlepoint project so a pretty successful weekend.
